Parts & Labour Waranty

We give a 2 year warranty on all mechanical parts and twelve months warranty on the electrical parts, including the batteries on LifeCycle, Powacycle and Traveller Electric Bikes.

The first service is free on all bikes. It is important that this first free service be carried out to protect your warranty.

If you have purchased your bike on line and are therefore unable to bring your bike to us for this free service. Please call our help line for advice.

Our servicing, warranty and repairs are carried out in our dedicated service workshop by our own qualified, trained service engineers.

This warranty is for any mechanical or electrical failure. It does not cover damage to any part of the bike or paintwork, or parts that naturally wear, such as Tyres, Brakes and Gear and Brake Cables, or misuse. Misuse includes leaving the bike very muddy. Leaving mud on the gears, and brakes. Not lubricating the moving parts. Riding the bike hard across rough terrain for which it is not suited.
