The light flashing brings you to the attention of other road users who may be concentrating on other things and not looking out for cyclists

Our lights are designed to fit our electric bikes, the rear light fits on the rear parcel rack it is high on the bike, can be seen from both sides, its protected by the rack frame. This is always the best place to fix the rear light as is cannot be obscured by your coat or jacket and if you have a rear pannier this too will not obstruct it.

The LifeCycle front light is a powerful 5 LED flashing or steady mini torch. This has safety lights that also show on both sides of the light, so traffic coming at you from the side will also see it flashing. This unit can be removed from the bike when it is parked to stop it being stolen and also so you will have a very bright mini torch with all the time, which can be very useful.

Both of these lights have extra bright LEDs and run from their own batteries. This is a far better solution than wiring them into the main battery, because it is better to have all the main battery power reserved for the electric bicycle, and if the light is left on, or develops a fault it will drain the main battery and leave you stuck. Also the main battery is 37 Volts and this kind of bulb can be difficult to replace
