All speeds and distances are approxomate, and were measured with an avarage weight person using an indoor rolling road

Q. I have seen other bikes that look like yours, why?
A. China is the world centre for copying, because they have no copyright law. Just because another bike may look similar, doesn't mean it's the same. Poor quality motors and controllers, and wrongly labelled batteries are examples of things to beware of. It's a sad fact that many people are taken in just by looks or price, only to bitterly regret it later when the bike will not perform the way the seller has claimed. or worse still, when it breaks down and they can't get it repaired.

Many web sites that profess to be shops are in reality "internet box shifters" They are not particularly interested in bikes, they just they just buy in various job lots from China, Toasters, Clothing, Golf Clubs, Electric Bikes, anything they can pick up cheap and sell on the internet, while making outrageous claims about the mileages that their bikes can achieve. Disappointment is inevitable

They can be spotted though, as many of them don't have proper brand names or any support, just a sticker on the frame with a generic name such as e-bike.

Even some well known bike companies have only one part time, one day a week service mechanic, who is not contactable except by e-mail.

Remember when you buy a cheap bike you are not getting a bargain... you are getting a cheap bike

Our advice is:-

Beware of imitations and purchase your electric bike from an Electric Bike Specialist who will offer you proper support, and no quibble warranties.
