Terms of replacements, refunds, cancellations and warranty;
Refunds A refund will be issued if the goods are un-wanted , providing the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. This does not apply to special orders, or to specialy priced items. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a £100 restocking fee.
We do not offer refunds outside of the 5 days grace period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 days of purchase, however, you will be liable for any shipping fees as a result of this cancellation and the item must be returned unused, in it's original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery: Delivery is usually next working day on all stock items, however, please allow up to 3 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this.
Please contact us for additional postage charges if purchasing in Northern Ireland, Highlands, Non Mainland Areas, British Isles, Republic of Ireland and Europe.
Before signing to accept delivery you must check for any damage before signing for it, as delivery insurance is invalid if the goods are signed for in good condition.
If you sign for the goods with out inspection and subsequently find that the bike has been damaged in transit you will be unable to make a claim.
Buyers outside the UK are reminded that the currency is GBP.
Assistance can be offered if you do not feel confident with assembly of any of our products. Further charges may apply.
Faulty/Damaged goods: If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Warranty terms DURATION: We are 100% committed to customer service so therefore we offer a maximum warranty period, this period can vary from model to model and is stated clearly next to each product, subject to certain conditions, set out below. Under this warranty we are not responsible for any losses to you or any 3rd party resulting from the malfunction of the product, and we are not responsible for any accidental damage to the product. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
THE WARRANTY: Within the given warranty, we will supply the new parts and where appropriate advice on fixing the product.
If the Bike and/or defective parts need to be returned to us for repair. We do not cover shipping costs, all warranties require that the product be returned with the defective part at the customers expense, the customer is then liable to collect the product themselves or pay shipping costs.
Repair or replacement is entirly at our discretion.
After the warranty period we will assist in any problems you have but all replacement parts and any servicing costs would be at your own expense. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Plastic parts, break pads, tyres, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse. Labour that occurs outside of our facility. Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or shipping. Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility. Products that have NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in conditions. NOTE: We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. Misuse includes leaving the bike covered in mud and dirt. Not keeping the bike lubricated with the correct oil. Using incorect lubrucants such as WD40
We offer a free service which must be taken within 2 months of purchase. If this free service is not taken up the warranty will be void.
At our sole discretion, we may agree to re-enstate the warranty if a similar service service has been properly carried out by a third party within 2 months of purchase. We will require evidence of this third party service.
FAULTS: Faults must be reported immediately by phone, writing, email or by person. We will assess the problem and try to rectify without the need for you to send the product back to us to help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us. If the problem is found to be due to neglect or not covered under the warranty then we shall fix the problem at a rate of £35 per hour plus the cost of replacement parts. If the goods sent out are subsequently unwanted then a partial refund shall be made less our administration and handling costs, and the delivery and subsequent collection of the parts.
CONDITIONS: Upon purchase of all products, they must be thoroughly checked to ensure that no nuts or bolts have become loose or dropped out in transit. The same check should be carried out prior to each ride of the product, thus ensuring long-term durability. We advise that all products are ridden with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc. Products must be ridden in a responsible manner and must not be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for your own safety and that of the public.
DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: The Company shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused to the customer, by the use of any of the goods we sell. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct item(s) have been purchased and is used in the way intended. This covers all goods sold from our company. The Companies liability will be limited to the value of the goods only and not for any consequential damages, injuries or losses howsoever caused. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
