You are very welcome to visit The Electric Bike World Service Centre when you call to see us. We are very proud of our first class service and repair facility.

You can talk to our full time service manager about any aspect of electric bikes, and unlike some bike companies, we keep spares in stock.

When you invest an electric bike, it is vital that your buy from a specialist who not only understand electric bikes, but also have the facilities, the expertise and the spares in stock to make any necessary repairs.

Internet warehouses don't have these facilities.

When you buy your electric bike from Electric Bike World you can be sure that it is supported by established Electric Bike companies such as LifeCycle, Powacycle and Traveller

1. You get  separate dedicated workshops to deal with the electrical and mechanical parts of the bike.

2. You do not get cheap "job lots” from the internet.

3. At Electric Bike World you only get established and fully supported brands.

4. Our experienced technicians inspect your bike prior to collection or dispatch. 

5. If you have any technical questions, we are here to help and advise you on all aspects of your bike.

6. When your bike requires servicing, we undertake this work in our own workshops.

The electrical service bench is used to check the controllers, twist throttles, brake cut out switches and wiring looms ect.

The battery sevicing area where we recharge batteries, check the voltages and fuses, and test the chargers.
