LifeCycle Electric
Bikes only make the highest quality electric bikes. They don’t do things such as
welding tubes to the frame to try to hide the cables, or mounting ugly boxes on
the handlebars to connect the wires, like some bikes.
On the
Alpine Sport the cables run through the centre of the frame for protection and neatness.
The Alpine
Sport has the very latest 37 Volt 16 Ah lithium battery giving a range of up to
80 miles on one charge. This gives it the longest range of any electric bike.
It comes equipped with the famous LifeCycle, XTension, High Torque Motor, to
just whiz you up the steepest hills with ease. This is the same motor that’s fitted
to the LifeCycle Mountain Sport and City Sport and this super power, high
efficiency 250 watt motor is exclusive to LifeCycle, and is not available on
any other make of bike.
It is this
motor and battery combination that sets the LifeCycles apart from the rest.
The Alpine
Sport has 4 Modes of operation
Power off: Normal 7 Speed bike
Power
on: 1. Pedal Assist only, 2. Throttle
only, 3. Pedal assist and Throttle.
In addition
there is an “off road” mode for very fast speeds and extra climbing ability. (not
to be used on the highway)
Other
features include: Top of the range 7 speed Shimano Tourney gears with automatic
trigger shift. A throttle, so you can do up to 15mph without pedalling (more if
you engage the off road facility)… Front
adjustable suspension. Saddle post suspension. Soft gel saddle. Front wheel
disk brake. Spring loaded Parcel Rack. Water Bottle and Carrier. Sealed bottom
bracket, for extra smooth pedalling and longer life. Zoom handlebars and stem,
