The New Classic

This is the latest version of the step though Classic. With a higher specification than the previous model. It now has a more up to date and smarter looking frame

With a stepthrough frame and no crossbar, it's really easy to mount. You sit straight and high making it a particularly comfortable ride.

But this new model is now far more powerful making those hills disappear

Ladies will appreciate how easy this is to ride, and older men will also find this more comfortable.

Also improved are the Shimano gears, we are now using the far better Shimano Tourney gears, and have uprated them from 6 speed to 7 speed.

The traditional handle bars are now height adjustable and slightly curved for greater comfort.

But the most important improvement is to the battery and the motor

The battery has been uprated from 26 Volts to 36 Volts and the motor is uprated from 180 Watts to 250 Watts.

Making it far more powerful than the previous model

This bike is now fitted with Promax Brakes, and Promax fully adjustable handlebars and stem.

The cables now run inside the frame, making them less likely to be snagged and making the bike look tidier

Even though the battery and motor are more powerful, The weight is reduced to 22 Kilos

These improvements give a vastly better and safer ride.

These fantastic electric bikes are practically free to run. No fuel. No Tax, No Insurance, No parking charges.

Anywhere you can ride an ordinary bike, you can ride an electric bike. And this electric bike is an ideal way to get about without a car.

Put a couple of these on the back of you Motor Home or caravan, and never be without your own powered transport. They can even be recharged from an inverter.

If you want to just pedal you can switch off the power, and it becomes a normal bike, or, if you leave it switched on and start to pedal, it then recognises that you are pedalling and pushes you along as well, making you go faster with less effort. Stop pedalling and it stops pushing. Or you can just sit there, and use the twist grip throttle and do up to 15mph with no pedalling at all... Fantastic!

This new Classic, with its Lithium 36V 10.5Ah Battery will run for around 30 miles in pedal assist mode, on a single charge, and it will do up to 15.5 mph under power

And of course like all our Electric Bikes, they recharge in about 4 hours, and can be recharged at any state of charge, you don’t have to run them flat before you recharge.
